With Vaira’s scalable suite of apps, including tools for visual inspection, operators can detect product errors commonly missed by automated optical inspection (AOI), such as component orientation, solder defects, through-hole issues, and labelling. Unique AI-based support trained on operator decisions ensures consistency across inspection stations. The manufacturer also uses Vaira’s Product Tracker and RMA Reporting apps to collect, share, and store data around its manual processes to streamline traceability and speed resolution when an in-field issue is detected.
