The Employees’ Choice Awards (ECA) honours organizations within Canada’s National Capital Region that recognize employees as their greatest asset. The award is based on input from our employees, who provided anonymous feedback on everything from leadership to professional development. Direct communication between the senior management team and the employees. In particular, our President consistently organizes meetings with small break-out groups each quarter to discuss anything that is on the employees’ minds.
