The Help & Support Center is a new tool that allows you to log new support cases and view the status of previously logged cases involving Pleora products. The Help & Support Center also lets you search the Pleora Knowledgebase for common problems and trouble-shooting tips using a keyword search. The search results include a description of the problem and the suggested solution.

Please note that the Help & Support Center is for existing Pleora customers only. If you have questions about Pleora products but are not yet a Pleora customer, please contact your local distributor or sales representative. Additionally, if you purchased Pleora's products through one of our distributors or Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), you should contact them directly for first-line support.
