iPORT NTx-Mini IP Engine
Pleora's iPORT™ NTx-Mini IP engine is a high-performance video transmitter that provides a fast, flexible, and cost-effective way for OEMs and systems integrators to add high-throughput, real-time GigE connectivity to almost any camera or imaging system.
With its small footprint, low power consumption, and flexible mounting options, the NTx-Mini IP engine is an exceptional fit for small-body cameras and systems with strict power budgets. It is ideal for performance-oriented applications in the military, medical, manufacturing, and security sectors.
The NTx-Mini IP engine consists of up to three components: the main board, the AdaptRBoard™, and the FlexEBoard™. The main board is the heart of the IP engine and manages the conversion of imaging data to IP packets. The AdaptRBoard extends the capabilities of the main board, providing it with TTL GPIO and RS-232 transceiver capabilities. The FlexEBoard is used to connect power, PLC (programmable logic controller) signals and other functionality to the main board.
As an element of Pleora's networked video connectivity solutions, the iPORT NTx-Mini IP engine is fully compliant with the GigE Vision® and GenICam™ standards and offered with field-proven PC software:
- eBUS™ drivers - patented software that replaces or augments drivers packaged with GigE interfaces, allowing video to stream to applications in real time using minimal CPU resources;
- the eBUS-PureGEV™ SDK - a feature-rich toolkit that provides the building blocks needed to quickly and easily design third-party or custom video applications; and
- the AutoGEV™ XML generation tool - a unique XML management utility for creating GenICam compliant devices.
