George Chamberlain

Mr. Chamberlain has been involved in the design of leading-edge communications, networking, and imaging products since the late 1980s. Since co-founding Pleora in 2000, he has been instrumental in growing the company from a focused R&D group to a leading supplier of GigE connectivity products. Mr. Chamberlain holds the Honours B.Sc. in Physics from the University of Waterloo, and a M.Eng. in Electronics from Carleton University. Both schools are in Ontario, Canada.

Rudi Rincker

Mr. Rincker has more than 20 years of direct sales and sales management experience in the high-technology sector. His focus is to achieve exceptional annual sales growth by applying his fast time-to-market philosophy and building long-term relationships within key distribution channels and OEM accounts. Prior to joining Pleora in 2003, Mr. Rincker held sales and management positions at such companies as Simware, Dipix Technologies, Coreco, CrossKeys, and Orchestream. He holds an Honours BSc. in Physics from Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

Brenda Janes

Ms. Janes brings more than 10 years of experience as a corporate finance officer in both public and private high-tech companies to her role at Pleora. Before joining Pleora, she held the position of Controller at Symbium Corporation, and Director of Finance at Precidia Technologies. Ms. Janes is a member in good standing of the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants and has a Bachelor of Commerce, Major in Accounting from Mount Allison University in New Brunswick.

Basma Musmar

Ms. Musmar has more than 14 years of experience with software design and development working on Gigabit switching and routing technologies. She brings into Pleora several years of management experience with a focus on building and leading highly-effective and innovative engineering teams. Prior to joining Pleora she worked at various networking companies such as Eicon Technology, Plaintree Systems, and lately, Cisco Systems, where she has led software teams in the design and development of new high-performance ISP core routers. Ms. Musmar holds an Honours BSc. in Computer Science from the University of Kuwait.
